Automotive Service Advisor

Manage the end-to-end service experience for our clients
Review inspection findings and video MPIs with customers
Present maintenance and repair recommendations confidently
Coordinate promise times and ensure accurate repair documentation
Collaborate with technicians, parts and support teams
Qualification
Required
Previous Service Advisor experience required
Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills
Ability to perform in a structured, high-volume environment
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
