Responsibilities
Partner directly with researchers at frontier AI labs to identify model gaps, define success metrics, and shape training strategies
Work embedded with customers to diagnose real-world problems, define objectives, and drive execution end-to-end
Design task formats, evaluations, and training setups aligned with real-world use cases and outcomes
Rapidly ship high-quality outputs using off-the-shelf pipelines and own new pipelines from kickoff through production
Build and maintain production-grade code, integrations, and automated data and training workflows
Serve as the technical owner of pipeline architecture, bridging researchers, customers, and internal platform teams
Translate real-world signals and customer feedback into scalable, production-ready AI systems
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering background with ownership of complex systems from design through production
Proven experience owning end-to-end AI or data pipelines in production environments
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while shipping iteratively
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs into technical execution
Demonstrated leadership in technical delivery and mentorship
Comfortable working at the intersection of customer delivery, applied research, and production engineering
