2026 Intern – Process Engineering Intern - Onsite (TX)

Responsibilities
Lead approximately three meaningful engineering projects to support an ISO Class 8 cleanroom high-mix production factory with project mentor support
Perform fast-paced hands-on work with a tangible impact and regular collaboration
Projects typically span different process areas and types of projects including, but not limited to:
Automated assembly equipment set up, characterization, and/or optimization (improving quality, throughput, etc.)
Analysis of new materials and/or manual build processes to determine new methodologies and prepare for production release
Use Design of Experiments (DOE) or Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to improve processes
Qualification
Required
Must be at least a sophomore by the start of summer 2026 pursuing a degree in Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering, Aerospace engineering, Chemical engineering, or Electrical engineering, Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, or Physics
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
3.0 cumulative GPA desired
Completed junior year by the start of summer 2026
Previous manufacturing / process engineering experience
Hands-on experience through extracurricular, lab, or research experiences
