Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, professionals, and families exploring admissions and U.S. immigration pathways
Conduct preliminary discovery conversations
Assess needs and readiness
Qualify leads
Coordinate handoffs to senior specialists for deeper evaluations and final conversions
Responding to inquiries
Scheduling consultations
Supporting outreach and inbound campaigns
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Ensuring timely follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Comfort with CRM tools, data entry, and lead qualification workflows
Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Prior experience in admissions consulting, education services, customer service, or pre-sales is a plus
Interest in or familiarity with U.S. higher education and immigration processes is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred
