As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions that are at the core of our innovation, taking end-to-end ownership of complex AI challenges.

Responsibilities
Agentic Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable solutions for agentic AI applications and orchestration frameworks to meet evolving gameplay needs
End-to-End Feature Ownership: Own the development lifecycle of LLM-based applications, including the creation of proprietary AI agents that handle autonomous research and content generation
Unity & System Integration: Seamlessly integrate LLMs and Image Generation APIs into the Unity environment, ensuring high performance and reliability on mobile devices
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on LLM technologies, conduct rigorous code reviews, and advocate for best practices in software architecture
Optimization & Scalability: Solve complex challenges related to latency, API costs, and mobile constraints while ensuring the reliability of agentic architectures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a top-tier university
At least 8 years of professional software development experience (with at least 4 years of strong hands-on experience in Python and C# / Unity)
At least 3 years of experience in LLM Engineering, including deploying complex LLM applications in production environments
Proven experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and building agent-based systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and the ML CI/CD lifecycle
Experience in procedural content generation (PCG) or complex puzzle logic
