New Grad, Entry LevelUTA Systems is looking for a Radio Frequency Field Test Engineer to join their team. The role involves collecting 5G/4G data, performing tests across telecom sites, and utilizing RF drive test tools. Candidates should be flexible with travel and have prior experience in RF/RAN field engineering.

Responsibilities
Collect 5G/4G low-band and mid-band data using scanner, and provisioned UEs
Perform 5G/4G stationary and mobility tests across the telecom sites and clusters
Synchronize UE and scanner measurements
Use GPS navigation to locate sites and execute assigned KML-based drive routes
Proficient in RF drive test tools such as TEMS Paragon, XCAL, NEMO
Qualification
Required
The candidate should be a USC, GC, or EAD holder
Flexible to work 8–10 hours per day in the field
Willing to relocate to other locations as required by the project
Current or prior RF/RAN Field Engineering experience
Willing to travel extensively and work independently for field activities
Experience with drive testing equipment and software, including data collection and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, and RF/RAN engineering processes
Proficient in RF drive test tools such as TEMS Paragon, XCAL, NEMO
Preferred
Prior Radio Frequency Field Test Engineer experience is preferred; training will be provided
