Business Development Manager
Affiliates Management Company is committed to consumer well-being and innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to lead business development activities, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to drive growth and product adoption.

Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification through demos, proposal development, and closing
Drive sales activities to meet KPI's to support revenue growth, brand awareness, and product adoption
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce and online prospecting tools
Lead sales of key products and services including cross-selling to existing clients
Collaborate with the marketing department on campaigns, messaging, and collateral
Onboard new clients and educate them on other solutions to meet needs
Gather and manage the appropriate information in Salesforce to provide timely, accurate data relative to sales and pipeline development
Build strong relationships with the partner sales team and key stakeholders and hold regular meetings
Support additional sales and client engagement initiatives as appropriate
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle sales or client relations experience required
Experience working within a financial institution or loan processing experience
Effective in presenting webinars and leading sales conversations via phone and Zoom
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up and fast-paced environment
Superior written and verbal communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel nationwide as needed (~25% or less)
