El Capitan Sales, Marketing & Operational Intern, Summer 2026
The Walt Disney Company is a leader in entertainment and media, and they are seeking a Sales, Marketing & Operational Intern for the Summer of 2026. The intern will support operations and production teams at the El Capitan Theatre, focusing on theatrical exhibition, retail, marketing, and live entertainment.

Coordinating talent, schedules and other production operations
Planning and organizing future events and sales programs
Qualification
Required
Energetic personality and strong work ethic
Ability to think on feet in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
Ability to work with a team to create and share ideas
Strong computer skills with a variety of program experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Fully available with a consistent and reliable work schedule from June to August 2026 for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Hollywood, California area
Preferred
Prior retail skills with customer service
Experience in theatre arts and/or stage management
Social media and computer graphics experience
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Business, Media Studies, Theatre, Marketing, Operations Management, or related major preferred
