Administrative Support Specialist (Call Center)

MoneySolver is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist in contacting the IRS to collect federal and business debt information. This role involves multitasking and ensuring compliance checks are obtained and recorded accurately.

Responsibilities

Contact IRS all day to obtain compliance checks for Federal & Business
Translating information into system in a timely manner for next department to obtain
Respond to any 2nd Request that come through other departments
Save Transcripts that come in from IRS
Multitask by putting lines on hold while on with IRS so you don’t have any downtime

Required

Minimum education is High School Diploma
Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
Keyboard skills
Compliant with filing all tax returns with the IRS
NO Debt with IRS or Open Issues in order to obtain a PTIN #
Verbal and written communication skills
Organization and highly detail oriented
Stress tolerance
Good Communication Skills
Attention to detail
