Senior Murex Front Office Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Knowledge to navigate servers to retrieve logs
Fixed income scope: FX desks/rates/cross-currency and credit
Spikes in work load. In downtime hope to (1) leverage development expertise, (2) onboard new products, and (3) process optimization
Ability to communicate with strats/quants
Expect some functional expertise: RDBS/Datamart
Act as the main point of contact for FO users discussing Murex functionality and trade impacts
Provide day-to-day production support and resolve system or configuration issues
Investigate and fix configuration breaks, ensuring accurate trade processing
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve system performance and functionality
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Murex and its functional modules
Solid understanding of Front Office workflows and trading processes
Proven ability to support production environments and resolve functional issues under pressure
