The successful candidate will work with the IFICS Data Terminal product team in Huntsville, AL, focusing on developing object-oriented software and ensuring quality through CI/CD practices.

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline from an accredited university

5+ years of related experience with Bachelor's degree; 4+ years of related experience with Master's degree

Must be able to acquire a DOD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g Security + CE) certification within 60 days from start date

Experience developing object oriented software in C++, Java, Python

Experience with CI/CD best practices, automated builds and tests, quality gates, software quality, and CI tools and pipelines

Familiarity with security coding standard best practices, static and dynamic scanning tools, i.e., SonarQube, Coverity, etc

Recent experience working with cloud technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud

Recent experience with Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services

Effectively communicate with the team, both internally and externally

Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred

Prior experience working on Missile Defense programs

Prior experience working using DOORS

Prior experience using Atlassian Tools

Familiar with Agile terminology and best practices

Prior experience as a Product Owner

Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Cameo

Familiar with automated software requirements testing and analysis
