Responsibilities
Complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office (Enrollment & Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, Insurance & Revenue Cycle, and Center Operations Management)
Each rotation will consist of several projects that will help move the company forward + the completion of shadowing checklists for all core responsibilities in each department
Filing, organizing, data entry, research, cleaning, and completing other administrative duties and tasks as assigned
Gain a foundation for future success in business in an entrepreneurial, non-bureaucratic environment where your input is valued and implemented
Explore various career interests within the corporate realm and identifying where you thrive
Enhance your business management skills under direct mentorship from senior leadership
Qualification
Required
