Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
Oversee initial property assessment and scope bidding prior to property purchase
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery
Maintain high-quality standards throughout all construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints
Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing any potential delays or obstacles
Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets, implementing effective mitigation strategies
Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites, prioritizing the well-being of all workers and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance project efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects of varying size and complexity
Strong leadership abilities, motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations
Superior organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in construction management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
Must be located in the Cincinnati, OH area and be willing to travel as needed to various project sites
Preferred
Experience in flipping property or large single family rental operations
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
