Previous experience (Must Have), customer service and call center experience
Call Center experience 1+ years - Required
Weekend availability

Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
Ability to multitask
Strong attendance
Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
Preferred
Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus!
Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
