Director/ExecutiveKeystoneCare is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for our Home Care and Hospice divisions. This executive leadership role will be pivotal in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance market presence.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expanding service lines and enhancing service delivery
Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community leaders, and healthcare professionals
Direct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and positioning within the marketplace
Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure that sales and marketing initiatives align with service capabilities and enhance customer experience
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Represent KeystoneCare at industry events, conferences, and community engagements
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in home care and hospice services
Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational growth objectives
Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for expanding service lines and enhancing service delivery
Strong relationship-building skills with referral sources, community leaders, and healthcare professionals
Experience in directing market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Ability to collaborate with operational leadership to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with service capabilities
