Responsibilities
Responsible for transforming, building and leading an industry leading healthcare construction estimating and schedule review programs
Developing the critical functions of capital management (planning, budgeting, forecasting), provider networks, tailored project delivery, operationalization, and risk management
Collaborating and partnering with key verticals within National Real Estate Services (NRES) and stakeholders and business owners throughout each Region, Market and National Business Unit
Develop an evergreen program that delivers superior results across every asset type – infrastructure, ambulatory, acute, post-acute, and senior living; including new, renovation and retrofit projects
Align the resources across all NRES and partner platforms to develop a high performance team that will deliver superior results across the entire NRES managed CSH capital program
Develop tools that address geographically dispersed projects and assist project delivery talent in providing the data needed to effectively plan, design, and construct a built environment that aligns with System Capital goals
Focus on developing a sustainable program that facilitates the seamless flow of information between partners and internal team
Enable unique academic partnerships, innovative training programs, reporting tools, developing cross-industry channels, and increasing the national profile of CSH, NRES and the team within industry trade organizations
Assist in the transformation of the way project delivery is done by introducing processes, tools and technology that enable efficiencies, achieve transparency, reduce project risks, and consistently deliver projects that meet the business plan scope, schedule and budget requirements
Partner with key stakeholders within NRES, partner organizations, and CSH corporate departments to develop the applicable portions of the real estate and project management data cube that will enable critical strategic, project and business plan decision making
Support the development of the Single Source of Truth platform (SSOT), NRES dashboards, and data transparency required to engage stakeholders across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bacehlors Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, business or related background is required
10+ years experience with increasingly significant leadership and management responsibilities in facilities management, project management, or real estate administration with a primary healthcare focus
Extensive experience required in developing and leading high performing teams that include internal and external resources and firms
Experience with estimating and scheduling for a full range of project delivery methodologies from Design-Bid-Build to Integrated Project Delivery required
Detailed and in-depth understanding of the cost and schedule trends and issues impacting the construction of healthcare facilities
Project management software program knowledge, use experience across multiple platforms
Exceptional MS suite, presentation, and Google suite skills
MS Project and scheduling software skills
Strong leader with the ability to motivate, teach and guide teams toward meeting the desired objectives
