Responsibilities

Evaluating, prioritizing, and carrying out end-to-end integration projects
Working collaboratively with partners, vendors, engineering teams, and support teams to ensure all integrations are successful, sustainable, and exceed customer expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
Conversant in software development and different integration technologies
Strategic-minded and detail-oriented
Ability to provide constructive feedback regarding product gaps or development
Superior listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to understand the communication styles of team members from a broad spectrum of disciplines
Ability to forge strong working relationships to deliver exceptional results

Preferred

Experience with HCM or SQL Server
