Responsibilities

Create and implement a strategic people engagement plan

Help managers lead and develop their teams, including feedback, assessments, and key talent management

Develop and maintain close relationships with leaders and employees to enhance engagement and retention

Advise on reward and recognition strategies and support annual compensation cycles

Support leaders in addressing people-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and legal consultations

Facilitate communication through town halls, newsletters, and other updates

Identify training and development needs and assist in budgeting and planning

Maintain organizational structure and support changes

Supervise and mentor the HR team

Perform other duties as assigned
