Responsibilities

Carrying out daily aseptic techniques
Maintaining sterile environments
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Operating and monitoring equipment
Troubleshooting issues
Performing sterilization processes
Preparing materials for sterile production
Documenting all activities accurately
Collaboration with quality assurance and manufacturing teams
Adherence to all safety and hygiene protocols

Required

Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterilization processes, and cleanroom environments

Experience with equipment operation and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or laboratory setting
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically repetitive tasks as needed

Preferred

Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations is a plus
a degree in a related scientific field is an advantage
