Responsibilities

Manage early-stage through development-phase product programs for complex electromechanical systems

Lead cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, and design)

Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets

Oversee early and mid-stage design reviews, risk management, and development-phase regulatory alignment (ISO 13485 or equivalent)

Support design transfer and manufacturing readiness, including collaboration on ECR/ECO processes and vendor engagement

Driving schedules, risks, and trade-off decisions in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment

Partner with clients to align technical decisions with business goals

Contribute to PMO improvement
