Responsibilities

Draft correspondence, recommendations, reports and memoranda related to management, operations and administrative programs
Manage a variety of special projects, which involve working with staff at all levels both within and outside of OGC, through communicating and providing information, compiling data, reviewing and drafting reports for management review. Work includes the Congressional Budget Justification, the Management Assurance Assessment and Statement, the Legal Representation Statement, and the Management Representation Letter
Conduct usage assessments of OGC managed e-discovery and litigation support resources. This includes working with OGC vendors on reporting requirements of e-discovery and litigation support systems, applications, and software
Communicate with technical and non-technical staff regarding specific technological applications, and trains or otherwise provides technical assistance in the use of Casepoint, CaseMap, TextMap and other e-discovery and litigation support software
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plan including communication strategy, training and support, identifying risks, conducting impact assessments, monitoring change adoption, and building stakeholder engagement
Effectively manage projects, and exercise expertise with project and program management principles, requirements, and best practices

You must be a US Citizen
Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-13 level
Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/SK-13 level:
1. Developing detailed change management plans, goals, and objectives for short and long-range implementation of programs; AND
2. Providing guidance in developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving processes/procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of program segments; AND
3. Creating, implementing, and monitoring action plans to improve internal processes through performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI's)
