Responsibilities
Deliver customer service and support to end-users for all company products
Interact with customers to obtain, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
Prepare quotes for parts / service needs
Research required information using available resources
Follow standard processes and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
Redirect problems to appropriate resource
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Effectively manage large volume of customer interaction
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to obtain and maintain a proficient level of product/service/customer base knowledge
Ease in establishing and maintaining productive relationships both internally and externally
Strong written and oral communication skills – an active listener with proven collaboration skills
High competency w/ Microsoft Office Products: Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint
Accomplished multi-tasker able to prioritize large volume of activity
Demonstrated technical know-how, analytical skills, and mechanical aptitude
Preferred
Experience with continuous improvement tools
