Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with organizational objectives and support change management initiatives

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering transparent recommendations and constructive feedback

Write, edit, and proofread content for internal and external audiences (approximately 80% editing/proofing, 20% writing). Deliverables include websites, emails, presentations, social media, and stakeholder communications

Plan and execute quarterly enterprise-wide Town Halls

Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated communication solutions

Support internal channels such as email, SharePoint intranet, presentations, and board-facing materials; light social media management may be included

Maintain brand consistency and adhere to corporate guidelines

Perform basic CMS updates
