This individual will serve as a senior technical resource, guiding architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality solutions within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities
Lead development of the Common Access and Authorization Platform, with a strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect standards
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS
Develop Spring Boot services to integrate with external web services and identity providers via REST APIs
Implement and enhance Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, currently leveraging IBM SSO and transitioning to a new solution
Develop asynchronous operations using Spring Boot for improved scalability and responsiveness
Containerize services and deploy to Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) environments
Contribute to the migration from on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Create and monitor Splunk dashboards to ensure system health and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with full-stack development using Java and ReactJS
Proficiency in Spring Boot, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and deploying to OCP
Clear understanding and practical experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Experience integrating with identity providers via REST services
Experience developing asynchronous operations and monitoring via Splunk
Ability to work in a hybrid setting with 4 days per week on-site in Columbus, OH
