The technician will troubleshoot and problem-solve various security equipment, manage service calls, and potentially work with fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities
Receive service call schedule a week in advance and typically see an average of 4 tickets per day
Troubleshoot and problem solve a variety of security equipment
Work with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, and others
Gain experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors
Manage a work schedule efficiently
Provide customer support
Qualification
Required
Experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Knowledge of how these systems work, how they are set up, and knowledge of Alarm.com and other systems
Experience with Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista and any others is a plus
Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
Intermediate Level
Cctv, Access control, Security, Cabling, Cable, Alarm systems, Honeywell, Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, Low voltage, Cat5, Cat6, Electrical, Alarms, fire alarm system
Preferred
Fire Experience (top skill)
Low Volt Cable Experience
Working in new construction and occupied commercial buildings
ability to manage a work schedule efficiently
