Executive Assistant Office Manager
Confidential company is a significant family office seeking an office manager/executive assistant to support their investment and philanthropy efforts. The role involves handling various administrative and operational responsibilities while working closely with family members and the executive team.

Support the investment and philanthropy efforts of a single, multi-generational family
Handle business and personal administrative and operational responsibilities
Work with family members and the organization’s executive team to serve the family’s startup companies, foundation, real estate, and aviation services
Make travel arrangements
Assist with bill paying
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years in an executive assistant or office manager role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), working knowledge and experience with Google apps, and such cloud-based content management services as Box or Dropbox
Keen intellect with curiosity to ask questions
Attention to detail
Good judgment
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong organizational skills
Able to learn quickly in a complex business environment
Able to deftly manage competing priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bookkeeping or paralegal experience a plus
General accounting knowledge a plus
Notary Public (or willingness to become one) very helpful
Experience with international coordination: calendar arrangements, dealing with multiple time zones, travel arrangements, and scheduling
Prior experience working for a family office, family-controlled business, trust department, accounting firm, bank, asset management, or other investment concern a plus
