Spending your days talking with real estate professionals
Qualifying motivation
Setting up high-quality conversations that matter
Sourcing, screening, and booking qualified real estate agents and team leaders into meetings with our executive team
Managing your own pipeline
Using structured screening calls to assess experience, motivation, and culture fit
Scheduling appointments through a shared calendar
Working toward clear geographic recruiting targets
