This role integrates architecture design, cloud infrastructure provisioning, cybersecurity, data strategy, and deployment planning into a cohesive execution plan supporting autonomous cyber assessment and AI training data readiness for USCYBERCOMMAND.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated planning and execution across technical, data, and security workstreams
Manage schedule, milestones, risks, and deliverables for IOC enablement
Coordinate Government engagements and ensure compliance with tasking authority
Oversee development of deployment and implementation plans for follow-on IOC execution

Qualification

Technical Program ManagementCloud ManagementCybersecurityData StrategyAI ProgramsPMP CertificationDoD 8570.01-M IAT Level IIRisk ManagementStakeholder EngagementCommunication

Required

10+ years of experience in technical program or project management
Experience managing cloud, cybersecurity, data, or AI-adjacent programs
Strong understanding of phased IOC and capability delivery models
PMP, DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)
High School with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: TS/SCI CI Poly
