Responsibilities

Develop and implement guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and launch vehicles

Create and validate 6-DOF simulation models to evaluate system performance

Design and test missile autopilot, navigation, and guidance schemes

Perform mission analysis for flight test and tactical systems

Mentor and train early-career engineers on the team

Collaborate on control law development and hardware/software requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and: + 5+ years of related experience, or + Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or + Ph.D. with 0 years of experience

Active U.S. DoD Top Secret clearance (current and within scope)

Expertise in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) engineering

Experience designing, implementing, and testing flight control algorithms

Proficiency in high-fidelity 6-DOF modeling and simulation environments
