Responsibilities

Architecture, Design, Analysis and development of high performance semiconductor memories and compilers
Run timing and functional verification
Implement memory characterization flows
Generate front end and back end views for memory IP for integration into SOC

Required

Bachelor's + 8+ years of hands on experience in design of TCAM/SRAM memories in advanced nodes (7nm/10nm/16nm FF)
Exposure to complete design cycle of SRAM memory development
Experience with Silicon debugging and test
Experience in using EDA tools for schematic entry, layout and advanced transistor level simulators
Experience in developing Memory Compiler, characterization and modeling
Experience with LEC tools (ESPCV)
Ability to review and coordinate layout activities
Experience in STA tools including transistor level STA tools
Ability to come up with design verification and test plans
Working knowledge of scripting
