Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day tasks that help move strategy implementation forward
Partner with cross-functional teams to support alignment and timely execution of initiatives
Suggest and support process improvements that make strategy execution smoother and more effective
Monitor timelines, capture meeting action items, and follow up to help keep projects on track
Work with team leaders and initiative owners to update and share action plans
Maintain the systems and tools (dashboards, trackers, schedules) that show progress on goals and initiatives
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and communication materials that keep leadership and stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and opportunities

Required

Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience for Strategic Planning Analyst, II
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience for Strategic Planning Analyst, III
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
