Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management

Review status of projects and budgets; prepare status reports

Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, program goals and objectives

Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and operations

Manage critical program inventory items

Responsible for receiving, issuing and shipping parts

Responsible for maintaining certs and calibration requirements for program inventory and ensuring long term and daily schedules are met

Manage and report Government Property to customer and contracts representatives

Required

Bachelor's degree with 8 years or more of logistics experience. 12 or more years of experience in Logistics or Project Management experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of logistics and property management, both Government and Industry along with basic understanding of hazardous material requirements for storage and shipping

Current/active Top Secret/SSBI/SCI
