Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, pumps, air compressors, exhaust, and utility systems supporting cleanroom and production areas
Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms, trends, and performance issues
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs using CMMS work orders, including filter changes, inspections, and equipment servicing
Support DI water, chilled and hot water systems, compressed air, and process utilities
Respond quickly to facility alarms, equipment failures, and emergency service requests
Escort and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure safe and compliant work
Apply LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures while working on critical systems
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of facilities or maintenance experience
Technical education, trade background, or hands-on experience that supports mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read drawings, schematics, and manuals
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
Team-oriented mindset and clear communication style that supports cross-functional operations
Safety-first approach and the ability to stay calm and effective when responding to urgent facility issues
