Responsibilities

Lead Utility Network delivery work from kickoff through go-live, using the Epoch UN Blueprint to keep execution consistent and predictable
Own the plan and the day-to-day cadence: status updates, stakeholder check-ins, action items, and follow-ups
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and decisions, then communicate them clearly and early
Partner closely with technical leads, translate progress into plain language, and help keep the team focused on what matters most
Support change management and rollout readiness, including comms planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking
Help customers stay organized and confident during data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning

Required

Senior project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder work
A servant leadership style, you support the team and remove friction
Strong communication and follow-through, you can be direct without being abrasive
Strong customer focus, you listen well, build trust, and stay responsive, even when things get busy
Solid change management instincts, you've helped teams adopt new systems and processes
Utilities experience is a strong plus, electric, gas, water, storm, telecom, any of the above
Esri implementation experience is a strong plus, ArcGIS Enterprise/Pro, Utility Network, migrations, integrations, go-live planning

Preferred

PMP, or similar project management certification
Scrum Master certification, or real experience running Agile teams
Prosci, or other change management training
Experience with integrations, data migration, testing, and cutovers
