Conducting personalized family engagements that illustrate Alpha's model and influence enrollment outcomes
Overseeing the complete admissions pipeline with prompt, strategic, and considerate communication
Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating staff follow-through
Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
Leveraging documentation and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve each workflow
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High emotional intelligence and independent drive
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
