5+ years expAllstar Home Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a team in residential exterior renovations. The Foreman will ensure quality standards are met while mentoring the crew in installation methods for windows, doors, siding, and decking.

Responsibilities
Able to run the crew like it is your own and be accountable for efficiency and craftsmanship
A strong leader who can organize work daily, manage the crew, and also be hands-on to ensure the best possible end product
Experience building decks (preferred, not required)
Experience installing vinyl, LP SmartSide, and James Hardie siding
Experience replacing windows, soffit, and fascia
At least 5 years of successful, measureable experience in exterior renovation
Able to teach others and help them to grow and improve their installation methods
Able to organize your team each day and communicate with the office daily on what is happening in the field
Must be able to work typical hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed
Valid Driver's License
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
