Roetzel & Andress, LPA, a nationally recognized NLJ 200 law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Naples, Florida. The role involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys in various litigation matters, including drafting legal documents and managing case files.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in general, commercial, and complex litigation matters

Draft pleadings and professional correspondence

Prepare and file legal documents electronically

Organize and maintain electronic case files

Manage and track legal calendars, deadlines, and document correspondence

Maintain matter matrices for ongoing cases

Coordinate overall case management and support trial preparation

Qualification

Required

At least 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience

Thorough understanding of Florida Rules of Court

Experience with litigation support software

Florida Notary

Strong professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels

Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to see the big picture

Demonstrated reliability and adaptability to new technologies

Excellent client service, written, verbal, and proofreading abilities

Experience supporting trial preparation and proceedings

Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and managing work with minimal supervision

Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
