They are seeking an experienced hands-on Repair Technician to perform roofing, siding, window, and gutter repairs. This role involves completing repairs sold by the team while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship for homeowners.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Perform roof repairs (shingle replacement, flashing, leak repairs)
Safely access roofs using ladders and work at heights
Complete vinyl siding repairs, including panel replacement and flashing
Perform window repairs, including:
Measuring windows
Repairing balances, locks, and components
Detach, reset, pitch, and maintain gutter systems
Support miscellaneous residential construction repairs as needed
Complete work based on contract scopes and repair details

Required

Hands-on experience required in multiple trades: Roofing installation and repair

Hands-on experience required in multiple trades: General residential construction
Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
Owns personal tools required for repair work
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company truck provided)
