Leading customized campus visits that attract families by highlighting Alpha's distinctive commitments
Cultivating prospective families throughout the enrollment pipeline with timely, meaningful, and consistent outreach
Maintaining daily adherence to all safety protocols and proactively identifying potential hazards
Overseeing facilities with a preventive mindset, coordinating service providers, and ensuring economical, timely maintenance
Monitoring metrics across enrollment and operations to improve strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrollment, or a customer-facing role with families or students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
Comfort with data tracking and analysis
Independent, self-directed worker with strong initiative
Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
