Mid LevelHBNY Plumbing & Heating LLC is seeking a qualified LL152 Gas Piping Inspector to perform periodic gas piping inspections in compliance with NYC Local Law 152 of 2016. This role offers flexible, full or part-time inspection work, ideal for experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Perform Local Law 152 gas piping inspections in residential and commercial buildings throughout NYC
Identify code deficiencies and document findings in accordance with DOB requirements
Take clear photo documentation and complete inspection reports
Coordinate access with supers/property managers as needed
Conduct re-inspections when required
Communicate findings clearly and professionally
Qualification
Required
NYC Journeyman Plumber Registration
Completion of the DOB-approved 7-hour LL152 course
Strong knowledge of NYC Fuel Gas Code and DOB inspection procedures
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Preferred
Prior LL152 inspection experience
Familiarity with DOB filing processes (GPS-1 / GPS-2)
Experience working with property managers and management companies
