Manager, Marketing Analyzer

Responsibilities

Lead the production and delivery of the Marketing Analyzer benchmark, including:
Partner with client banks to capture, validate, and troubleshoot marketing data
Collaborate with internal teams and modeling partners to execute Curinos’ marketing mix model
Translate complex data into clear, insight-driven findings for industry and client application
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering analytical growth and professional development
Present benchmark results and recommendations to participating clients
Identify opportunities to enhance benchmark content, methodologies, and production processes
Contribute to the 2026 refresh of the benchmark and the integration of expanded Curinos data assets

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, consulting, or financial services
1–3 years of experience with marketing effectiveness, media investment, or ROMI analysis
1–3 years of people management experience
Hands-on experience with SQL or relational databases (1–3 years)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in diagnosing data anomalies
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on telling a data-driven story
Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings (typically a few days per month)
