This role involves leading forecasting processes, building financial models, and supporting insurance and risk-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead major components of the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and cost-driver modeling
Build and enhance financial models that support long-range planning, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis, while analyzing performance trends and delivering insights that help guide strategic decisions
Support insurance and risk-related responsibilities, including annual insurance renewals, claims and exposure analysis, insured asset tracking, and coordination with brokers
Conduct customer and vendor financial assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and onboarding risk
Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership
Partner closely with department heads to validate assumptions and track KPIs, and support ad hoc analyses tied to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities
Focus on process improvement by helping to automate workflows, standardize reporting, and collaborate on enhancements to planning tools, ERP reporting, and BI systems—all while helping to institutionalize best practices across FP&A and risk management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams independently

Preferred

Experience with insurance/risk analytics, treasury support, or credit assessments strongly preferred
Familiarity with ERP or planning tools; NetSuite experience is a plus
