Sales Development Representative - Call Center

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm, targeted leads who have submitted a request for service
Follow guidelines and use conversational questioning to understand customer needs and book demos
Handle initial objections and help customers see the value of scheduling an appointment
Ensure all qualified calls are converted into a demo or sales appointment
Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM and call center systems
Partner with the call center and sales teams to meet daily and weekly conversion goals
Maintain strong call activity levels and hit targets for demos set, demos held, and net sales impact

Qualification

Sales experienceTelemarketingCRM proficiencyHome services knowledgeObjection handlingCommunication skillsGoal-oriented

Required

1-3 years in sales telemarketing, or customer facing roles
High school diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred

Experience with Five9, CXone, Service Titan, or similar CRM/call center tools
Experience with Home Services or equivalent
