Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the North American region
Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the aviation industry
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote company products and brand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the aviation sector or aerospace industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed within the region
