Responsibilities

Developing and advancing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with world-class precision

Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design engaging learning experiences, and address operational challenges

Delivering consistent, targeted feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes

Personally coaching a select cohort of students, demonstrating advanced motivation and coaching techniques

Required

Currently reside in or prepared to relocate for in-person work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable fields

Proven track record creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems

Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated success building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams

Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement

Legal authorization to work in the United States
