Responsibilities

Lead the design, scoping, and architecture for Manufacturing and Supply Chain solutions across JDE and Infor ERP during the presales cycle
Architect solutions that address core processes such as:
Production planning (MPS/MRP)
Shop floor control & work order execution
Inventory & materials management
Procurement & supplier management
Warehouse management & logistics
Quality management & compliance
Manufacturing cost accounting & product costing
Define detailed delivery models, operational processes, SLAs, KPIs, and service frameworks
Analyze customer environments and manufacturing/SCM workflows to identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and process optimization
Recommend future‑state architectures including:
JDE Orchestrator automation
Infor ION‑based integrations
Mobility, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation
Cloud migration (private/public/CloudSuite)
Master data governance & supply chain synchronization
Provide transformation roadmaps that align ERP capability maturity with business priorities
Present solution architectures, manufacturing value cases, and supply chain optimization opportunities to plant leaders, operations executives, supply chain organizations, CIO groups, and finance stakeholders
Clearly articulate operational impact, resilience benefits, and total cost of ownership across proposed solutions
Lead Technology Delivery approvals—ensuring alignment with operational processes, risk profiles, budget constraints, and delivery feasibility
Coordinate with Legal and Commercial teams to ensure clarity in scope, service definitions, deliverables, responsibilities, and contractual risk positions
Work closely with sales teams, manufacturing/SCM SMEs, solution leads, and delivery architects to validate solution architecture
Ensure continuity between presales solution architecture and delivery execution via estimates, resource models, and transition plans
Promote standardized ERP processes and templates across JDE & Infor ecosystems
Define integration architectures for connecting ERP with shop‑floor systems (MES), WMS, TMS, forecasting systems, sensors/IoT devices, and external suppliers
Participate in deal stabilization activities for manufacturing & supply chain engagements to ensure a smooth handoff from presales to delivery

Required

Minimum 8 years in a technology environment with strong focus on ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, and managed services
Minimum 5 years of solution planning, deal shaping, or solution architecture
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with manufacturing & SCM modules in: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World (Manufacturing, Distribution, SCM, Inventory, Procurement modules), Infor ERP (CloudSuite Industrial/M3/Syteline/LN SCM and Manufacturing modules)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree: 6 years minimum relevant experience

Preferred

You have JDE manufacturing expertise: MRP/MPS, shop floor control, work orders, BOM/Routing, product costing, distribution, WMS
JDE Orchestrator, UDOs, EnterpriseOne Tools, CNC concepts
You have Infor expertise: CloudSuite (Industrial/M3), Infor OS, ION integrations, M3 manufacturing modules, multisite supply chain
You have strong knowledge of: Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement principles, Demand planning & forecasting integration, Warehouse automation, mobility, scanning, IoT/Industry 4.0 trends
You have an understanding of ITIL processes for ERP operations
