Lead all sales and operations functions for a growing roofing and exterior remodeling company
Manage and develop sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals
Oversee project delivery, production, and customer experience with full accountability for quality and profitability
Analyze financials, forecast results, and execute plans that improve growth and efficiency
Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategy, hiring, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in home services, roofing, construction, or a similar industry
Proven track record leading sales teams and operations with full P&L ownership
Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Management, or related field
Preferred
Experience managing residential or commercial roofing preferred
