Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Leadership: Partner with Rates & Spread Products business leaders to define, champion, and execute the technology strategy and roadmap that directly enables business growth, market share expansion, and new product development. Influence and make critical investment decisions for the technology book of work

Platform Excellence & Resiliency: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions. Ensure strong technical architecture alignment, platform quality, and resiliency to protect clients and the bank against operational risks

Technical Leadership & Modern Practices: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable solutions, essential for our high-performance trading environment. Ensure strong target-state architecture alignment, exceptional engineering, and superior resiliency to protect clients and the bank against operational risks and competitive pressures

Global Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, globally distributed team of technologists. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance. Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent to build a high performing technology organization

Qualification

Required

Significant experience in Financial Services, including in a senior technology leadership role

Demonstrated people leadership and budget management

Possesses an observable and impactful delivery track record, including the architecture, build, deployment, integration and ongoing management of large-scale technology ecosystems

Demonstrated skills in developing and executing strategies for transformation programs

Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing

Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted business partnerships and client relationships

Experience performing complex problem solving, analyzing client requirements and developing suitable solutions

Comprehensive understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies
