Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)
Experience with tools like CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and exposure to Generative AI and automation
15+ years in engineering services, with 5+ years in a program director role
Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+, 100+ team members)
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills
Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects
Preferred
Master's or MBA
PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master/Six Sigma certifications
