The COO will be responsible for translating the company’s vision into disciplined execution, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring performance across various functions.

Responsibilities

Integrate and execute the CEO’s vision, priorities, and strategic plan

Own operational performance across manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, sales ops, and customer service

Lead and hold the leadership team accountable through EOS tools (Rocks, Scorecard, L10s)

Drive operational excellence, scalability, and margin improvement

Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and global regulatory requirements

Optimize systems, processes, and KPIs to support growth and innovation

Identify and solve cross-functional issues that impede execution

Build a strong, accountable culture aligned with company values

Required

Proven COO or senior operations leadership experience in orthopedic, medical device, or regulated healthcare manufacturing

Demonstrated success scaling operations in a growth-oriented organization
